Steven leads Phillip Riley’s technology recruitment practice, building and scaling our desk across Energy & Renewables, Software Engineering, Data, Digital, Quant and Energy Markets.

Steven brings 18 years of recruitment experience across Asia Pacific, specialising in high-frequency trading and markets and investment technology. Over that time he has placed developers, business and support analysts, project managers and technical leaders across electronic trading, exchange connectivity, algorithmic trading and market data. He works closely with technical and commercial teams to find people with the right mix of technical depth and business understanding.
